Any cancellations for a group class reservation must be made at least 24 hours (private session is 48 hours) in advance to avoid a “Late Cancel”. Those not cancelled before the corresponding hour will be marked as a “late cancel”. A late cancel will cause the class to be deducted from your account.
Return/Refund
All class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable; there are no exceptions.
