Evolve Movement Studio: Subscription Plan Terms and Cancellation Policy
I Agree to Terms
By purchasing our Recurring Subscription Plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Availability and Purchase
- This plan is available to the first 20 clients each month.
- You must purchase the subscription on the 1st day of the month to activate the plan.
- Booking Policy
- No double bookings are allowed on any given day. Each client is entitled to one booking per day.
- Validity
- The subscription pass is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. It will expire 30 days after the purchase date, regardless of the number of sessions used.
- Non-Transferable
- The subscription pass is strictly non-transferable and can only be used by the person named on the pass. It cannot be shared or transferred to another individual.
- Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so through PayPal. To ensure cancellation, follow these steps:

Log in to PayPal
Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account. -
Access Your Subscription
Navigate to the "Activity" section or "Manage Pre-approved Payments" under "Account Settings." -
Locate the Subscription
Find the subscription associated with Evolve Movement Studio. It will be listed under your recurring payments. -
Cancel the Subscription
Click on the subscription and select the option to "Cancel" or "End" the subscription. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process. -
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email from PayPal regarding the cancellation. Ensure you retain this confirmation for your records. - Refunds
- Please note that we do not offer refunds for unused portions of the subscription or for cancellations made after the first day of the month.
